It has been quite astonishing how persistent the current rally has been. The recent rally seems almost more extreme than the one that ran into April of 2010.
I must admit too also recently that I have had this feeling of “this market never wants to go down” or that a pull back will almost never come again.
This is the problem with low volatility trending markets. They happen so slowly and so quietly that they tend to put people to sleep because the ranges are small and the trend is very persistent.
I do not know if this poster is making a joke if if he/she is actually serious but I thought it quite alarming to read it. I don’t mean to pick on them, but I think it a good example of the sentiment that is out there at the moment.
