Very concise and simple advice but I do agree with you how important this is. Especially since I have violated this rule almost to the point of making it common practice. I do have a lot to learn, but your point is well taken. I find that the trades I make with 'hot money' screw up my emotions and make it more difficult to keep consistent decisions with my trades. I wish I had one for you but I don't. Anyone else out there have any good systems? I am thinking probably the ones that do may not want to tell the whole world about it because it might stop working. But seriously, if I come up with one I will pass it on here if it is a gem, because so far I have not found any system that is top notch.

Ok now here is a weekly price chart of TASR Taser. Note how the WEEKLY macd histogram crosses the zero line and that is where the weekly price advance begins with TASR. The chart has some similarities to COIN. Except COIN has not done a weekly bullish cross over and above the zero line. So forward looking events we want to see are a bullish cross above the weekly down trendline and also a bullish weekly cross above zero line on the MACD. Many of the best junior gold plays trade on the candian exchanges... but I like NXG Northgate minerals, and I like FR.TO First majestic resource corp.. There are many more but those two have my highest attention right now..

Here is my latest thinking about the gold price. I can see more now what the bearish case may be. But for now I lean mostly towards the bullish side in the belief we hold 850 similar to the way platinum did.
